Thank you for your interest in the role of Director of Governance and Legal. Owning and managing 20,000 homes in the region between Oxford and Cambridge, bpha provides safe, secure quality homes and supports healthy and sustainable neighbourhoods.

Leading on bpha’s Governance, Legal and Compliance responsibilities, this role will help maintain these strong foundations, to allow the organisation to continue to deliver on our vision for our customers: ‘Quality Homes. Connected Communities.’

This role will provide expert legal advice to the Board and the Executive team and build our legal capability for the future in an increasingly regulated and litigious environment.  Thorough leadership and oversight of the Company Secretary role, you will ensure that Board processes are effectively managed and governed as the organisation continues to grow.

This is also an exciting opportunity to support an effective, committed, executive team in the broader leadership role of developing an already strong organisation culture and helping deliver bpha’s strategic commitments.
