Welcome from Richard Hill, Chief Executive

It’s an exciting time to join bpha as our new Chair.

While we’re operating in challenging times, we are well placed to keep improving and investing for the benefit of our residents and the communities we serve.

We look forward to developing and delivering on our commitments as we continue to prioritise providing safe, quality homes, and working with local communities, in our operating area between Oxford and Cambridge.  

Our strategy recognises that good homes are a foundation for a better life. We place great value on the contribution our Board brings in ensuring the required governance and insight in an increasingly regulated environment to deliver this vision.

Our new Chair will join a strong housing association with investment capacity, a regeneration programme, and a clear commitment to an energy-efficient, sustainable and positive future for customers and neighbourhoods.

They will lead a professional, connected Board with a strong working relationship with the executive team.
